  1. Appreciate the survival impact of PCI in small cell lung cancer patients in complete remission.
  2. Understand the several factors involved in toxicity to cerebral function, and how best to manage the cancer while minimizing hazards of cerebral dysfunction.
  3. Distinguish more successful PCI regimens from less successful regimens for reducing the hazard of brain metastases.
