  1. Identify the role of combination endocrine therapy in the treatment of breast cancer.
  2. Understand pharmacokinetic interactions between aromatase inhibitors and antiestrogens.
  3. Discuss data using LHRH agonists in combination with aromatase inhibitors.
  4. Identify the role of LHRH agonists with antiestrogens in both metastatic and early breast cancer.
