  1. Distinguish the features of monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance from those of Waldenström's macroglobulinemia.
  2. Recognize the established prognostic factors useful in predicting outcomes in Waldenström's macroglobulinemia.
  3. Understand the relative merits of alkylating agents, purine nucleoside analogs, and Rituximab in the treatment of Waldenström's macroglobulinemia.
